"There's no playbook for fatherhood," they say. Yet expectations for modern dads have never been higher. Work less, earn more, be present, miss nothing. Be the change.
Our fathers were on the front lines, in the daily grind — or pacing the waiting room with a cigar. But for the first time in history, we have the opportunity to shape the fabric of our families and communities from the inside out.
FatherForm helps you show up with purpose, leave it all on the field, and evolve — alongside those who want it as badly as you do.
"It is not that we have a short time to live, but that we waste a lot of it. Life is long enough, and a sufficiently generous amount has been given to us for the highest achievements if it were all well invested. But when it is wasted in heedless luxury and spent on no good activity, we are forced by death’s final constraint to realize that it has passed away before we knew it was passing." Seneca
Fathers need a new toolset to react to their family's dynamic need for the man that he can be. That requires more than our brains are trained to track. FatherForm relinquishes our minds to focus on the present - whether you're trying to get pregnant, have newborns, or are waking up to the fact that our lives our short and time with our children even more fleeting.
I had energy before I had children. Now I have a pool of love I deeper than I realized. I've journaled for 13 years, navigated mental health challenges and spiritual realizations for decades. Cutting with Shark Tank "FunBites" tool so I don't need to cut tiny bites 6x per day. Teaching my kids to swim [get to hug them for extra 30 minutes/day!]. Traveling with a lobster named Pinchy to send pics and video of his tomfoolery.
